some of my favorite shots from thailand taken with my trusty point and shoot camera. although the vivid and rich colors of the scenery really necessitates a quality SLR, I don't think it's impossible to capture decent shots with a more inconspicuous camera. thailand still stands as one of the best all around countries I've spent time in.
